Introduction of the Machine SKB-10 PLC is processed with three diamond wheels, and base profile modification with one wheel, fine refinin with three wheels, polishing with three CERIO-MAX cerium infused wheels. This is an ideal machine in which rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of bevel and grinding of bottom edge can be completed in one time. This machine is designed for grinding/polishing bevel edge, with bottom edge grinding,the conveyor is equipped with sliding pads in cast-iron and antifriction material, without the aid of ball bearings, on tempered and rectfied guides, and moreover with a completely automatic lubrication system. Besides minimizing maintenance costs, this new conveyor increases machine performance, particularly precision and working small pieces. Conveyors use chain transmitting system which consist of anti-friction rubber pads with NO.40# forging steel which improves the working life of the machines Timing belt are used in loading and unloading arms to carry glass, which has a stable transportation. Processing thickness, angle and remaining thickness appears on PLC and human interface. Full-automatic control, it is suitable for max bevel width market along with capability to manufacture glass pieces upto 35x35 mm for mosaic strips.
